Golden Age Apartment

The Golden Age Apartment is part of Casona Los Infantes, a restored house in the historic center of Villanueva de los Infantes, in the heart of La Mancha. Its name pays homage to the most brilliant period of Spanish literature, of which this land was both setting and protagonist.

The apartment sleeps 3: a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. All rooms overlook the large courtyard of the Casona. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and toiletries. Air conditioning is provided by an aerothermal system—cooling in summer, heating in winter—and there is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The Casona's common areas include the entrance hall, the gallery, and a historic courtyard steeped in centuries of history. The building, which is said to have been a convent, also houses a stained-glass window by the internationally renowned artist Pepe Buitrago.

Just three doors away: the House of the Inquisition. A few steps away: the Plaza Mayor, the Church of San Andrés, and the Cloisters of Santo Domingo. The entire historic center is within walking distance.
