Orange zone on the same street (very economical, approx. €1 for 9 hours).

Free zone just a 5-minute walk away.

🤫 Relaxed atmosphere: Out of respect for the neighbors, parties, events or noisy nighttime activity are not allowed.

🔐 Security: The property has an alarm system that activates only in case of intrusion, guaranteeing your total privacy.

🚭 No smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors; it is only allowed on the outdoor terrace.

🐾 Pets welcome: Your four-legged friends are part of the family. Please do not let them on the sofa, bed, or other furniture.

🧾 Fees and Registration (Legal Regulations)
Tourist tax: €1,75 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), managed for the Generalitat of Catalonia.

Guest registration: An official requirement of the Ministry of the Interior. All guests must be registered before arrival for reporting to the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police).

🧼 Cleaning at the end of the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price; we only ask that you leave the apartment in normal condition.

Take out the trash you've generated.

Leave the dishes and utensils clean.

Keep the accommodation in good general condition.
