It comprises a living-dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, refrigerator, and other utensils, a washing machine area, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and another bedroom with two single beds. There is a private, covered parking space outside. The living room has air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available. The garden features a barbecue area, a swimming pool, and gardens shared by the other apartments.

Arrivals and departures outside of the established hours will incur an additional charge. This will be done whenever possible and without affecting the previous departure or the following arrival. The same applies to pool/beach towels.
