Enterprise is the plan for managers, agencies, and owners with a large portfolio: it starts where the plan Expert It falls short, starting from 7 accommodations. You manage them all from a single account, with the same booking engine and no commissions, and you pay for the accommodations you list: the more you manage, the less each one costs.

All prices are exclusive of VAT: the applicable tax for your country will be added to your payment, based on your billing information. FAQ

How is the price calculated?
Based on the number of listings you publish, there are no jumps. The price per listing decreases as your portfolio grows, continuously: there are no sudden price increases. Move the selector and see the exact fee before paying.
What if I have 6 accommodations or less?
Then your plan isn't Enterprise. Enterprise starts with 7 accommodations; below that are the standard plans, which you can see in the plans and pricing page.
Can I change the number of accommodations later?
Yes. The price depends on how many accommodations you have booked, so if your portfolio grows or shrinks, you adjust it as needed, and the fee is recalculated on the same scale. There's no need to change your plan or start from scratch.
Is there permanence?
No. You can cancel whenever you want: the fee stops being charged and your listings stop being published.
How is VAT applied?
Enterprise prices are exclusive of VAT: the tax applicable to your country will be added to your payment, based on your billing information.
What happens if I have more than 60 accommodations?
From 60 listings onwards, the fee is fixed: €540 per month, excluding VAT, regardless of your budget. This is the point at which the price per listing stops decreasing, so the more you list, the lower each one costs. Contact us through [link/email/phone number]. Contact Form and we activate it.
Do I have to upload each accommodation manually?
No. You paste the link to each listing on Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo and we create the listing with the photos, description, services and rules, just like in the other plans, with a larger daily allowance to carry a big wallet.
Can I still be listed on Airbnb or Booking?
Yes. Enterprise is another channel: you stay connected wherever you are and calendars are synced via iCal for your entire portfolio, without double bookings.
