Select your dates, send the request, and contact the host via the integrated chat. The price is agreed directly with them: we don’t add any commission, what you see on the listing is what you pay.

Yes. Hosts are verified, we request property information, and publish reviews from real stays. The internal chat serves as written proof, and we recommend secure payments (credit card or bank transfer with receipt).
Can I cancel for free?
Each host sets their own policy: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. You’ll always see it before confirming and also in your confirmation email.
How can I contact the host before booking?
Open the listing and click “Contact” or start the chat. You can ask about keys, parking, Wi-Fi, pets, or anything else you need.
What payment methods are accepted?
First, contact the host through the chat and provide photos. If there’s no solution, contact us with your booking ID.
How do deposits and security bonds work?
The host decides whether to request a deposit and how the refund is handled. This information is shown in the listing and confirmation.
Are pets, late check-in, or invoices accepted?
It depends on the property. Use the “Pet-friendly” filter, check arrival times, and request an invoice from the host in the chat.
How can I find last-minute deals or long stays?
Use the filters “Last-minute” and “+28 nights.” Many hosts apply automatic discounts for extended stays.
Where do I find my bookings and receipts?
In your account under My Account → My Trips. There you can download confirmations, receipts, and messages.
