For Guests

The Home Cake is a vacation rental platform that directly connects travelers with hosts of legal tourist accommodations, with no added commissions.

Yes. Only legal tourist accommodations are listed, and communication with the host is direct and transparent.

Yes. The Home Cake does not add commissions for the traveler. The host sets the price.

You can contact the host directly through the platform before and after booking.

Payment is handled directly between the guest and host, without intermediaries.

Yes. You can search by destination, accommodation type, or experience type.

For Hosts

Owners or managers with legal tourist accommodations registered in accordance with current regulations.

The Home Cake operates through monthly or annual subscription plans, depending on the number of properties and the level of visibility.

No. The host receives 100% of the amount of each booking.

It depends on the plan chosen. If you manage more than 6 properties, you can contact us directly to discuss special volume-based conditions.

Yes. You can change your plan as your business grows.

No. The Home Cake is not an operational manager. Control of the property, prices, and payments always remains with the host.

Bookings come directly from travelers interested in your property, without intermediaries.
